Cancellation Policy

1. Registration and Payment Advance Registration: All participants must register for the sewing package in advance. Registration can be completed online. Payment: Full payment for the package is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 2 days before the start of the first lesson will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 days of the first lesson will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given once the first lesson has commenced. 2. Scheduling and Attendance Scheduling: Lessons are scheduled in advance and must be completed within 3 months of the start date. Scheduling is subject to instructor availability. Attendance: Regular attendance is encouraged for the best learning experience. If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Make-Up Lessons: One make-up lesson is allowed per package if a lesson is missed due to illness or other emergencies. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within the same 1-month period and are subject to instructor availability. 3. Lesson Structure Lesson Duration: Each lesson is 1.5 hour long, providing focused and intensive instruction. Materials: Basic sewing materials and tools will be provided for the lessons. Participants are welcome to bring their own materials if preferred. Specific projects may require additional materials, which will be communicated in advance. 4. Health and Safety Medical Conditions: Participants must inform instructors of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their participation in the lessons. Safety: Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor. Misuse of sewing equipment and tools can result in injury and must be avoided. 5. Conduct and Behavior Respectful Behavior: Respectful and cooperative behavior is expected from all participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the lesson or the entire package without a refund. Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive on time for their lessons. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson duration to accommodate the schedule. 6. Photography and Privacy Photography: Photos and videos may be taken during lessons for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the time of registration.
